However, availability is in question. 

Philadelphia’s new ordinance takes effect November 12, 2026, restricting hemp products above 0.4mg of THC per container within city limits and setting a 21+ rule. Then, on December 11, 2026, a change to the federal hemp definition is scheduled to take effect nationwide. Until then, our drinks remain legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, and Congress could still delay or change the new rules.
