Return Policy
Just a heads up, we’re unable to process returns for any consumable products bought online. If you decide to return something without giving us a heads-up, it’ll be tossed when we get it.
If we do ask you to send stuff back, no worries! We’ll provide a return shipping label and all the details on where and how to send it. But, hey, make sure to give us a shout before sending anything back, or we won’t be able to accept it.

Damaged Products
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for the same product if reported within 5 business days from the purchase date.
If a product within the shipment is damaged, we require photos of the shipment’s damaged packaging as well as photos of the damaged product itself. Without these photos, we are unable to process a claim and provide a replacement product.

Ordering & Shipping
Please allow up to 3 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Local pick-up option is available.
Requests for partial shipments are not accepted.
Orders received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday, along with orders received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following business day and shipped by the following Wednesday. Orders will not be processed on all major observed holidays.
